What it costs
Patina is in public beta and nothing is being charged yet. Patron access is granted by us for now, and we will say plainly what it costs, well before anyone is ever asked to pay.
Why a subscription and not a commission
A Patron subscription is the only thing Patina sells. Sales and trades between collectors are arranged privately, off Patina — we take no commission, process no payments, and handle no shipping.
It also means we have no reason to push you to sell. A platform paid on transactions eventually starts nudging; one paid by its members does not.
